Intact Sponsors the 10th Food Safety Kongress 2018 in Berlin
From February 20–21, 2018, the renowned Food Safety Kongress in Berlin takes place for the 10th time. It is the leading congress for food safety in the German-speaking countries and has been the industry's innovation driver since its inception in 2008. This year, Intact GmbH is contributing to congress program with a lecture on the optimal use of audit data for more security and efficiency.
In Berlin, You Can Meet the Future at Every Corner
This is especially true for the many congresses and events that the German capital has to offer. An excellent example is the Food Safety Congress of the Management Forum of the Handelsblatt publishing group, which has been a fixture in the food industry's event schedule for ten years now. The very high proportion of trade and industry representatives among the congress visitors is one of the most important attractiveness factors of this event; but also the possibility to expand your own business network and to inform and exchange information on current trends and developments as well as key topics.
Even though the congress every year turns its attention to the hottest current topics of the industry, one thing has remained constant over the years - the guiding principle "Trust in Food—from the producer to the consumer". In 2018, this theme is supplemented by the motto "innovative • safe • international". The focus is on securing value- and supply chains, international regulations and cooperation, but also on the perspectives and trends of labeling and packaging.
Making the Future Safer and More Efficient
To ensure food safety in the global procurement environment, meaningful and solid data is an important cornerstone. They are the basis for more efficient processes and targeted decisions - and thus the key to increased security and cost savings. But how can this potential be leveraged? As an official sponsor of the 10th Food Safety Kongress 2018 in Berlin, Intact GmbH will provide answers to this question.
In the presentation "Daten: Sammeln Sie noch oder nutzen Sie schon?" (Data: from just collecting to actually making use of it). Intact's experts are going to show you what potential lies in your data and how you can leverage it. Already today, advanced technologies such as predictive analytics and machine learning can correctly predict over 80% of all audit non-conformities, to name just one example. This allows you to determine in advance when the best time for an audit is and what qualifications an auditor should have.
In addition to this specialist presentation, Intact is also going to present Intact Analytics—an innovative solution, which will help you to use your data to increase your efficiency, reduce costs and secure a competitive advantage with additional offers—at booth no. 9.
Of course, the better the data that is available for analysis with Analytics, the better the results. Data from Intact's Ecert solution is ideally suited for this purpose. However, the use of Ecert is not a prerequisite for benefiting from Analytics. Analytics is not bound to other Intact products can be used with any well structured data.
