Are you ready?

Lead and grow our existing customer business—driving retention and expansion—while developing a high-performing Account Management team and scalable Customer Success processes. You own the customer portfolio strategy, revenue predictability, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

• Lead and coach Account Managers to drive retention, expansion and strategic account planning
• Build scalable Account Management structures, processes and KPIs
• Own customer segmentation and support strategic key accounts and complex customer situations
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and revenue growth initiatives
• Own forecasting and reporting for pipeline, renewals and expansion
• Build and scale the Customer Success function (frameworks, playbooks, long-term customer value)
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align customer strategy with product and go-to-market

Are you the ONE?

• Several years of experience leading Account Management teams (incl. coaching and development)
• Proven experience managing customer portfolios and driving retention and expansion
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
• Nice to have: experience in New Logo Sales/Business Development; building or scaling Customer Success; a background in B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, commercial mindset, and clear communication & negotiation; resilient, reliable and customer-focused
• Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel (globally)

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Degree in computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with PM methods (ideally IPMA)
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
• High commitment, strong communication, and a solution-oriented mindset

You’ll take on a hands‑on engineering role for production‑grade AI systems: you build, debug, and own everything that goes live. • Incident ownership: You analyze production issues, fix them sustainably, and prevent recurrence.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• You bring 4+ years of software engineering experience (production applications).
• You have hands-on experience with LLM applications in production (operations/maintenance).
• You know RAG in practice (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking).
• You have experience with agentic systems (orchestration, tool use/function calling) and structured outputs (schemas/validation).
• You are strong in Python; Azure know-how is a plus.
• You take ownership and debug confidently across multiple components.
• You communicate clearly, document pragmatically, and enjoy working in a team (tech & product).
• You think analytically, approach ambiguous problems in a structured way, and find fast, clean solutions.
• You are proactive, set priorities wisely, and deliver reliably.
• Excellent English skills are required; German skills are a plus.
