Technical Support Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Customer support (accepting support, assistance, training)
  • Qualified problem analysis
  • First and second level support via e-mail, phone, and remote maintenance
  • Acceptance, processing, and feedback of technical problem cases as the customer's first person of contact
  • Creating database-related reports (Crystal Reports)
  • Data cleansing and data manipulation on client systems
  • Evaluation and bug fixing of existing database solutions
  • Supporting and assisting our project management team regarding client implementations

 

Your Profile

  • High school diploma and a solid completed IT education
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (MSQL) and TSQL
  • Additional languages (German, Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience in audit management and certification is a plus
  • Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
  • Microsoft SQL certification is a plus
  • You enjoy dealing with customers
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills
  • You're willing to travel
